Fire believed to be electrical

A transport truck on fire stopped traffic in Woodstock for a time on Thursday, June 19.

The Woodstock Fire Department and the Woodstock Police Force (WPF) responded to the call around 2:45 p.m.

WPF Deputy Chief Simon Watts believes an electrical fault caused the fire. No one was injured.

The section of Main Street near Dari Delite was blocked off for around 20 minutes while the Woodstock Fire Department put out the fire.
