Judge finds inconsistencies in testimony

Court of King’s Bench Justice Christa Bourque has found Western Valley RCMP Cpl. Andrew Whiteway not guilty of aggravated assault.

Whiteway was charged with assaulting Christina Gillis of Richmond Corner during her arrest in June of 2024.
