Event to raise money for local school breakfast programs
The District of Carleton North is hosting a silent auction for Christmas trees decorated by students at six local schools.
See the trees and submit a bid at the R.G. “Bun” Veysey Active Living Centre in Florenceville-Bristol during the centre’s opening hours starting on Friday, Nov. 28. The auction will close on Wednesday, Dec. 3, at noon.
Proceeds will go to that school’s breakfast program. Wouldn’t your favourite school’s Christmas tree look great in your business or home? Drop by the Veysey Centre and put in your bid!
