Keswick man in custody until court appearance Oct. 1
The New Brunswick RCMP’s Major Crime Unit arrested a Keswick man on Sept. 24 in connection with the death of 39-year-old Josh Crouse of Hainesville.
Lucas Leclair, 31, appeared in Fredericton Provincial Court on Sept. 25 and was charged with manslaughter.
He has been remanded into custody and will reappear in court on October 1, 2024.
On July 21, at approximately 8:20 a.m., members of the Nackawic RCMP detachment responded to a report of a sudden death at a residence on Central Hainesville Road. When police arrived at the scene, they located the body of a man in the driveway.
