RCMP ask public to avoid area
At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18, the New Brunswick RCMP issued a social media notice about a situation in Neqotkuk (Tobique First Nation).
“RCMPNB are currently on scene of a police operation on Tobique First Nation,” reads the Facebook post. “Please avoid the area and allow police to work. We will share more information when we are able to.”
