Police do not believe foul play involved
The 65-year-old man from Waterville, who was reported missing to police on Sept. 22, has been found deceased.
In a media release on Friday, Oct. 2, the RCMP said they did not believe foul play was involved in the death.
“At this time, police do not believe criminality to be a factor in his death,” the release noted.
Police thank Ground Search and Rescue, partner agencies, and community members who assisted in the search efforts. Their support and dedication were greatly appreciated.
“Our thoughts are with his family, friends and community,” the release stated.
