Police looking for missing woman in Scott Siding

The Western Valley Region RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 46-year-old woman from Scott Siding, near Canterbury.

Rae Carrington was last seen on Friday, March 27, at approximately 7 p.m., at a residence on Scott Siding Road in Scott Siding. She was reported missing to the police the same evening. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and her family are concerned for her well-being.

Rae Carrington is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches (167 centimetres) tall and weighing approximately 90 pounds (41 kilograms). She has long, dark hair and dark eyes. She was last seen wearing a maroon winter jacket with black snow pants, black snow boots, and gloves. She suffers from a medical condition which may make her appear confused and disoriented.

RCMP specialized services including a helicopter, a Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems operator (drone), and Police Dog Services are currently in the area as part of the search.
