Suspect wore a face mask, was armed with knife
The RCMP is seeking the public’s help to identify an individual in connection with an armed robbery in Perth-Andover.
On May 27, at approximately 6:05 a.m., members of the Perth-Andover RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a business on Tribe Road in the community.
An individual wearing a face mask entered the store and demanded the cash box from the cashier while brandishing a knife. He then jumped over the counter, retrieved the box, and fled on foot.
The individual was then seen running towards the Trans Canada Highway, where he got into the passenger side of a silver SUV parked in the eastbound lane. The vehicle was last seen travelling east towards Woodstock.
