Woodstock area man dies in ATV crash

RCMP continue to investigate

A 53-year-old man from Bulls Creek, Carleton County, has died following a single-vehicle crash in Bulls Creek.

On Nov. 11, at approximately 8:51 a.m., Western Valley Region RCMP members responded to a report of a single all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crash on a trail off of Sighaw Road. The driver and sole occupant of the ATV died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

The crash is believed to have occurred when the driver of the ATV lost control and flipped over.

Woodstock Fire Department members, Ambulance New Brunswick, and a New Brunswick Coroner’s Office member attended the scene.

An autopsy will be scheduled to determine the man’s exact cause of death.

The investigation is ongoing.
