Woodstock Police Force promotes two veteran officers

Meet Sgt. John Morrison and Sgt. Shawn Kimball
 
The Woodstock Police Force announced the promotion of two veteran officers, John Morrison and Shaun Kimball, from the rank of Constable to Sergeant.
 
“Sgt. Morrison and Sgt. Kimball have been integral members of the Woodstock Police Force, bringing a combined total of 35 years of service to the town of Woodstock, said Deputy Chief Mark Bennett in a media release. “Their unwavering commitment and professionalism have significantly impacted our community and the WPF.”

With the promotion, both officers will assume supervisory roles and continue to uphold the highest standards of service and safety. 

“They are eager to continue their dedication to the community in their new capacities and look forward to leading by example,” said Bennett.
