Billie Jean Kinney last seen on Aug. 25 in Woodstock
Woodstock Police Force (WPF) is looking for information regarding the whereabouts of 29-year-old Billie Jean Kinney. She is approximately 165 cm (5’5″), with brown hair that was dyed purple, and hazel eyes. She was last seen in a vehicle on Main Street, Woodstock, on Monday, Aug. 25, at 9:33 p.m.
She’s believed to be wearing a black “Country Style” shirt, black leggings and black sneakers.
