Some residents told to expect a boil-water advisory once breaks are fixed
In a social media post on Friday, Dec. 26, Woodstock residents were advised that parts of town could face a boil-water advisory due to multiple water breaks.
“Due to a water break, residents at 112 Creighton Street North, 841 & 839 Main Street, and 103 to 119 Stiles Street areas can anticipate a Water Service Interruption,” said the notice. “Public Works/Utility Crew are working to resolve the issue.”
The notice also stated that once water service is restored, a boil-water order will be in effect.
