New and returning vendors reporting great sales at the 2023 festival
The senses come alive at Old Home Week — including taste and smell. Food trucks and stands are now a central part of Woodstock’s summer festival.
This year, business is good for veteran vendors and those peddling their wares for the first time.
Jason White, who co-owns Mini Donuts stand with his wife, Michelle, sits just outside the fairgrounds.
The Whites, who launched their business this June, attend major events, including lawnmower races and tractor pulls.
“We have already nearly paid our business back,” said Jason, adding Old Home Week generated a significant part of their revenue.
The success is not limited to newcomers.
“We’ve sold double what we have on the books from last year,” said Dustin LeBlanc, manager of Rivers Edge Lemonade.
He added the stand enjoyed increased sales in less than half of the time they had been present last year.
Both businessmen have already made plans to be part of next year’s Old Home Week.
