Event to raise money for St. David’s Presbyterian Church, Kirkland
Enjoy a strawberry shortcake and help preserve history this weekend. On Saturday, July 11, volunteers will host an old-fashioned Strawberry Social at the Kirkland Community Hall, 1589 Route 540, Kirkland, from 4 to 6 p.m. Cost is $10 per person.
Funds raised will go toward preserving the church, a provincial historic site celebrating 150 years this summer.
